Graduate Teaching Assistant – Jeffry Kimont

Qualifications
• Completed ITM 411 (Intermediate Java) with a final grade of an A.
• Completed ITM 515 (Advanced Java) is a plus.
• Completed at least one semester at IIT
• IIT student matriculating in a Masters or PhD degree program.
• Good academic standing
• Strong communication, organization skills

The duties of a teaching assistant include assisting Professor Kimont in grading undergraduate and graduate homework and exams, instruction in the classroom and laboratory, preparing apparatus or material for demonstrations, posting web-based materials, and conducting tutorials and discussion sections.

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Dennis Hood

Qualifications
• Completed ITM 471/571 (Project Management) with a final grade of an A.
• Completed at least one or more of the following: ITM 572 (Business Process Engineering) and/or ITM 573 (Building and Leading Effective Teams), with final grade of an A.
• Completed at least one semester at IIT.
• IIT student matriculating in a Masters or PhD degree program.
• Good academic standing.
• Strong communication, organization skills.

The duties of a teaching assistant include assisting Professor Hood in grading undergraduate and graduate homework and exams, instruction in the classroom and laboratory, preparing apparatus or material for demonstrations, posting web-based materials, and conducting tutorials and discussion sections.

Office Assistant – ITM Program and Office of the Dean – Perlstein 223
15-20 hours per week; Spring term

Qualifications
• Experience with receptionist and telephone skills
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Knowledge of the Information Technology and Management program.
• IIT student matriculating in a Masters or PhD degree program.
• Good academic standing
• Strong communication and organizational skills

The duties of the office assistant include assisting the ITM staff members as needed, answering phones, campus errands, photocopying forms and documents, maintaining cleanliness of the office, operating fax machine and paper shredding device, assisting with preparation, assembly and disassembly of SAT and ITM events, and other duties as assigned.
