Week Ending September, 28, 2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello All,<\/p>\n<p>We are again experiencing an increase in bicycle thefts on campus.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Although IITPSD has increased their patrols, we are seeing that the majority of thefts are occurring as a result of the improper locking mechanism.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We are finding that students are using cable locks which can be easily cut.<\/p>\n<p>We strongly urge all students to purchase a U-Lock.
