ACM SIGITE 2020 Virtual Conference

The 21st Annual Conference on IT Education will be held VIRTUALLY from October 7th through 9th, 2020. Sponsored by the ACM Special Interest Group on IT Education (SIGITE), the conference is hosted by the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s College of Information Science & Technology. Registration for ACM SIGITE Members is $50, $10 for Student/Research Scholars, and free for Community College Faculty K-12 Educators. This is the premier conference for the information technology academic discipline and as a virtual conference, provides everyone with an opportunity to attend without travel or hotel expenses. Professor Hajek and his students have had three papers accepted for presentation, Professor Zheng and his students have one full paper, one big idea and three posters accepted, and Professor Stolley has a poster session as well. The theme of the SIGITE conference this year is “Technology on a Human Scale”. It is a combination of Programming, Human Computer Interaction, Networking, Databases, and Web Technologies with an overarching security component. More at http://cist.unomaha.edu/SIGITE2020.
