Notes: IITPSD responded to a reported trip and fall incident outside of the Tower.

Notes: IITPSD TRANSPORTED IIT STUDENT TO MERCY HOSPITAL FOR NON EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT.

 

Incident Type:INJURED/SICK PERSON : NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORT
