Notes: A staff member reported an injury sustained on campus. Medical attention and transport declined.

Notes: DPS was notified of an elevator entrapment at Moffett Campus. Occupants freed without incident.

Location: ILLINOIS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY : MIES CAMPUS : ACADEMIC/ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDINGS : KEATING SPORTS CENTER – 3040 S WABASH

Notes: DPS provided a non-emergency medical transport for a student to a local hospital. Housing was notified.

Disposition: HOUSING NOTIFIED

 

Incident Type: ALARM : FIRE

Location: ILLINOIS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY : MIES CAMPUS : RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS : KACEK HALL – 3101 S WABASH

Date/Time Reported: 2/26/2023 05:06 PM

Notes: DPS responded to a fire alarm in a residence hall. Determined to be caused by shower steam. CFD responded and reset the panel.
